Niamh and the team are so wonderfully friendly, they put you at ease almost immediately and there's no pressure at all to share when you don't feel comfortable. I felt very safe and relaxed throughout the whole 8 weeks and left feeling much more confident than I was when I started.

I was so nervous and anxious when I initially signed up for the well-being course, I didn't think I was going to be able to walk through the doors on the first day! But all the course facilitators were so welcoming, they worked with me before my start date to make sure my fears were addressed, I knew who to look out for and was met outside so I didn't need to walk in alone. The whole experience was so warming and kind, I'd recommend the course to everyone.

I absolutely can not recommend Let it Out enough! I was such a wreck when I came across the course, out of work and struggling to find any sort of confidence to get back into anything. I was reassured so much each week, and given coping mechanisms for dealing with my anxiety I felt like a new person at the end of it, I really didn't want it to end!

I never thought anyone would be able to get me to attend group therapy, I'm not a public speaker at all but I can't express enough how beneficial I found this whole experience to be, I'm so pleased and proud of myself for doing it. It was really difficult at the start, I was very quiet and worried that people would judge me for it, but there was nothing to worry about at all. No one judged anyone, we all felt like we were in the same boat and it felt so comforting to know I wasn't the only one. I've made some lifelong friends after such a short time, it's amazing.

This talk was given at a TEDx event in 2017, but is still hugely relevant and worth a watch.
Finding Your Work/Life Balance
Work-life balance, says Nigel Marsh, is too important to be left in the hands of your employer. At TEDxSydney, Marsh lays out an ideal day balanced between family time, personal time and productivity - and offers some stirring encouragement to make it happen.
