Free from Judgement

The Let It Out Group Therapy & Well-being workshops are designed for your personal growth and well-being, offering you the opportunity to join a welcoming community where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of judgement.

Supportive, Empowering & Fun!

These structured workshops, limited to a maximum of 10 participants (weekly course) or 12 (one-day workshop), provide a safe and confidential haven, moving at a gentle pace - your pace - you won't feel pressured to talk about anything if you don't feel ready.

Not-For-Profit CIC Registered

Let it Out Group Therapy & Wellbeing is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC), meaning we operate entirely not-for-profit, in order to continue to reinvest in our offerings, and the support we can provide, whilst keeping our costs to you as low as possible.

Various Locations

We cover much of Hampshire, UK, with our 8-week courses, and are expanding into neighbouring counties soon. Our One-Day workshops are available through-out the country.

If you'd like to find out when we're coming to your area, please contact us to register your interest and we'll let you know as soon as a workshop or course becomes available.

What We Can Help With

More than just a space for discussion, we focus on incorporating positive, therapeutic coping methods to help you manage:

  • Anxiety
  • Low mood
  • Personal development
  • Low self-confidence
  • Social isolation
  • Healthy relationships
  • Low self-esteem
Single Sex & Accessible

Every course is designed to be single-sex to create the safest possible environment for individuals. We all have unique experiences and triggers and we wanted to make sure the courses were as inclusive as possible.

All our venues are accessible and we work to accommodate as many needs as we possibly can - if you have any worries or concerns at all please get in touch and we will work with you to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

Niamh and the team are so wonderfully friendly, they put you at ease almost immediately and there's no pressure at all to share when you don't feel comfortable.  I felt very safe and relaxed throughout the whole 8 weeks and left feeling much more confident than I was when I started.
