About the Let It Out Level Two 8 Week Group Therapy & Wellbeing Course: Thrive
Various, Hampshire, UK
Eight, 2 Hour Sessions over 8 weeks
10 am - 12 pm / 1 pm - 3 pm
PLEASE NOTE: Thrive is only available to past participants of Elevate (Level One).
This is due to the nature of the content in Level Two being on a much deeper, more intense level. It is important from both a counsellor and a clients perspective that care is taken when conducting any sort of therapy, and whilst our courses are designed to be fun and empowering, they are also a form of counselling and therefore we are very careful to adhere to the same high standards and guidelines as we would when undertaking private one-to-one counselling sessions.
About THRIVE: Take your journey of self-discovery and healing to the next level with Let It Out Wellbeing CIC's Level Two course - Thrive: Harmony in Healing!
Building on the foundational skills learned over 4 weeks in Level One, Elevate, our 8-week course delves deeper into childhood experiences, past trauma, and further development of coping mechanisms for improved mental wellbeing.
About the Course:
The Thrive Group Therapy Course offers a comprehensive exploration of personal issues, providing a nurturing environment for individuals to engage in talking therapy, freedom of expression, coping mechanisms, and therapeutic art and mindfulness activities. This course is designed to offer a deeper look into personal experiences and support continued growth and healing.
What to Expect:
Throughout the 8-week journey, you will have the opportunity to further explore your personal narrative, develop advanced coping mechanisms, and engage in therapeutic activities that foster healing and growth. The structured weekly sessions provide a safe space for you to express yourself, share your experiences, and develop lifelong skills for improved mental wellbeing.
Goals and Outcomes:
By participating in the Level Two course, you can expect to experience continued personal growth, healing from past trauma, and further development of coping mechanisms for triggers, negative thought spirals, and physical symptoms. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support needed for profound self-love, compassion, and positive thinking.
The sessions are still:
- Small closed, single-sex (unless specified), safe and confidential talking support groups
- A maximum of 10 members per group
- Run by a qualified professional therapist with 25+ years of experience, mental health practitioners and co-facilitators.
Teas, coffees and snacks are provided during the sessions, so all your need to bring is yourself and an open mind! (Please advise us of any dietary requirements prior to starting with us and we will make sure we accommodate.)
Should weekly sessions be tricky to commit to (we get it, life can get in the way), we also offer more condensed 'Discover Me' workshops. If this is something you feel would better suit your current situation you can read more about them here. Alternatively, use the form on this page to send us a message and a member of our friendly team will be in touch.
