The Let It Out Mental Health and Wellbeing 1 Day Workshops are designed for those who can't commit to weekly sessions, but would very much like to experience the empowering affect that group therapy can bring.

The workshops consist of much of the same great content that our courses cover, focusing on:

  • Coping mechanisms for anxiety, worries and fears
  • Low mood
  • Negative self-talk
  • Low confidence
  • Self-esteem
  • Self discovery...

...and much more, but in a more condensed way. All delivered in a fun and interactive format using art therapy techniques for creativity and exploration as well as mindfulness and openly sharing (where comfortable) in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

The workshops run on various Saturdays or Sundays throughout the year, across many locations in England (not just Hampshire like our current weekly sessions). Please contact us for more information on course dates, locations are often added based on demand, so registering your interest will let us know where we're needed next.

The workshops are still:

  • Small closed, single-sex, safe and confidential talking support groups
  • A maximum of 12 members per group
  • Run by a qualified professional therapist, mental health workers and co-facilitators.
