With over two decades of experience in Marketing and Publishing, working with some big brands across London, Scotland and the South of England, Ruth is not just a seasoned professional but also a natural empath with a passion for supporting and empowering others. Faced with the challenges of balancing a 9-5 job and raising young children, she founded her own marketing business to aid those, especially women, dealing with similar struggles. Ruth has dedicated her expertise to help individuals overcome challenges like low confidence, self-esteem issues, and the hurdles of starting their own ventures.
Beyond her business, Ruth advocates for Art for improved mental health, offering creative opportunities for individuals at every skill level. She incorporates these activities into our courses, creating a space where everyone can express themselves. Additionally, Ruth crafts and sells hand-felted Emotional Support Blobs, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of Mental Health care, with a smile.
Ruth's Background
In addition to her creative pursuits, Ruth is qualified in Mental Health in The Early Years. Currently undergoing professional counselling training with the support of Niamh, she continues to expand her skills and knowledge to better support those in need. Ruth provides support for most of the groups with Niamh and is on hand to guide you through whatever you're going through.
