Niamh Penman

Niamh, with a passion for supporting those in need, and her compassionate drive led her to a fulfilling professional career, she has over two decades of experience in the caring field, both professionally and as a volunteer. 

Niamh firmly believes in the uniqueness of every individual, acknowledging their distinctive gifts as powerful tools for accomplishing great things. Drawing from her own experiences, she recognises the transformative potential within each person, even in the face of life's challenges.

After spending many years in the mental health sector, Niamh identified a crucial need for additional, easily accessible and affordable support for those in need. This realisation prompted her to establish the Let It Out Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops. Through these workshops, Niamh aims to provide support tailored to individual challenges, making her professional skills and experiences readily available. Simultaneously, she strives to assist participants in establishing their support networks, fostering self-esteem, and promoting stronger mental health.
